‘Lollipup’ Diabetic Weimaraner Puppy finds new home

'Lollipup' came to Tickled Pink Weimaraner Rescue at the tender age of 10 weeks.  Emaciated and sick, this puppy was surrendered because she was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes mellitus. With the tremendous support of our fans and supporters, Tickled Pink Weimaraner Rescue was able to provide this puppy the best of veterinary care and to help her find her forever loving home.

‘Gilbert Grape’ – Weimaraner with large tumor rescued by Tickled Pink Weimaraner Rescue

Gilbert Grape – Weimaraner with 12 lbs. tumor rescued

Recently, through the rescue of a very special Weimaraner, Tickled Pink Weimaraner Rescue made it into the news!  

'Gilbert Grape', a pure-bred male Weimaraner, was rescued from a kill shelter bearing a more than 12 lbs. - heavy tumor that was hanging from his chest. It is unknown how long this tumor had been growing, but when Gilbert came to TPWR, the tumor was severely infected and Gilbert could not walk because of the weight of the tumor.

Thanks to the enormous support from our fans, we were able to give Gilbert the medical care that he needed, and he made a full recovery. Today, Gilbert lives in his forever home with his loving adoptive family!
