Tickled Pink Weimaraner Rescue is a 501(c)(3) organization, but is a small rescue. Even though we are not a large operation, we have helped many Weimaraners in need. We often taken in dogs from states other than New Mexico, particularly Texas.
Most rescues will tell you that there is no formula we can truly follow when determining whether a dog deserves funds to be designated towards its care or not. Our rescue determines these matters on a case-by-case basis. We are not machines. Those of us who are truly passionate about what we are doing are lovers of these dogs, and we all have emotions that play into our decision-making process.

- Veterinary expensises
- Food
- Spays / Neuters
- Microchipping
- Vaccinations
- Heartworm testing and treatment
- Testing and treatment for tick-borne disease
Contributors also have the option of sponsoring a specific dog in our rescue. Sponsors are kept up-to-date on the progress of the dogs they choose so they know their contributions are being used in a meaningful way for one special dog.
